Brad Roth CFP®
Partner & Insurance/Investments
Brad is a Partner at McDowell Associates which provides insurance brokerage and investment management services for individuals and businesses.
Brad is an honors graduate of Duquesne University from which obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in accounting. He received the Certified Financial Planner® designation following study at New York University. He is currently Series 66, Series 3, PA Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and Accident examination qualified.
Brad resides in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Hannah and his daughter Ellery and enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends or on the golf course.
Karl Eisaman
Partner & Commercial Sales
Karl is a graduate of West Virginia University, the Hartford Insurance Advanced Commercial Lines School and has been a licensed insurance agent for 35 years. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor(CIC), Accredited Adviser in Insurance(AAI), and a Certified Professional Insurance Agent(CPIA). Previously President of the Western Pennsylvania Insurance Agencies(WPIA) organization. Eisaman served as president of McDowell Associates, Inc. insurance, since 1992.
Previously served as a board member for the Penn Prime Insurance Trust and on agency councils for The Hartford Insurance, Selective Insurance and Penn National Insurance companies.
Active in the community, he served as mayor of the City of Greensburg from 1996 to 2012. He is the recipient of an honorary doctor of humane letters degree from Seton Hill University, the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities Lifetime Achievement Award and the Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department Leo M. Bacha Humanitarian Award.
Currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Saint Benedict Education Foundation, Saint Anne Home, Greensburg Foundation & Westmoreland Human Services.
He previously served as Chairperson, Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce; past president, Greensburg Rotary Club & board member, Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities.
He and his wife, Carmen are Greensburg residents and enjoy traveling to Italy.
Cameron Roth
Partner & Insurance/Investments
Cameron Roth joined McDowell Associates in May 2017 as an Insurance Agent. Previously Cameron worked at Richard B. Guskiewicz Associates as a staff accountant, as well as, played golf professionally.
Additionally, Cameron is an Investment Advisor Representative with Kattan Ferretti Financial, LP. He is in charge of trading and day-to-day client services.
Cameron graduated from Saint Vincent College with a degree in finance, focusing on investments. He is a licensed Investment Advisor, as well as, licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance.
Suzanne J. Dixon AU, ASLI, PLCS
Producer & Commercial Lines CSR
Sue is from Bradenville, PA and began her insurance career in 1987. She holds the Associate in Commercial Lines and Associate in Surplus Lines designations. She is licensed in property and casualty insurance, and specializes in both personal and commercial lines. Sue’s top priority is to efficiently address customer needs and help them understand their coverage. She loves spending time with her family and two dogs.
Dolores Rendulich
Personal Lines CSR
Dolores Rendulich is from Greensburg, Pa. In 1987 she began her insurance career with McDowell Associates as a personal lines agent and worked there for 12 years before leaving to start a family. She recently returned to McDowell Associates in 2012 and continues working part time as a personal lines agent. She uses her knowledge to help insured’s(clients) understand their personal insurance needs, along with coverage and discounts available to them. Dolores and her husband love spending time with their children and watching them participate in gymnastics and hockey. They also enjoy the outdoors.
Jessica Shrader
Personal Lines CSR
Jessica Shrader is from Greensburg, PA and began her insurance career in 2004. She holds a Property and Casualty License along with her CISR designation. Since then she has continued her education by obtaining her Life and Health and Fixed Annuities License with the desire to provide all insureds a comprehensive understanding of their insurance policies. Jessica also participates in local charities to help serve our community.
Lori Simpson
Administrative Assistant
Lori Simpson resides in Greensburg, PA, and began working in the insurance field in 1988. After several years, she left to start a family. Currently, Lori handles personal & commercial claims for the agency along with other duties as an administrative assistant. Lori is new to McDowell Associates and is happy to be working with such a great team. In her spare time, Lori enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
